Yes the kh letter is there in all dialects. In terms of sounding germanic or french , the armenian language uses the word "du" for you and "es" for is. We also have long words where we combine several words to make a.new one. The popular Rammstein song Du Hast translates as You Thick in Armenian. Hast means thick. Lol. Also we have words like der and prefixes with ant(unt) that may sound germanic.
For french, we use the "j" sound often. The word lavez in french means wash, its LVA in Armeniam or lval depending on conjugation. Yes it is indo European but has its owm branch.
