Most are non-European, but you need to play well the data. For example, the number of South Americans in the census is far below their real number, since they get Spanish citizenship after only 2 years of stay so many appear in the census as Spaniards. In contrast, the number of Romanians in the census is higher their actual number, because since 2010 many have gone though still are registered in the census so they appear as living currently here.
Thanks for doing this.
Just for the French statistic, i think the number of white people is around 80%. Dificult know exactly, like it's forbidden.
I forgot to separate Rapa Nui from the rest of Chile; it should be properly placed in Oceania; I also forgot to mention the Pitcairn and Henderson Islands (UK, Oceania) which have a population of around 55, all of whom are British-Tahitian and thus Euronesian.
British are around 300,000, Germans, 150,000 and French 100,000 (these are decreasing in numbers, though). Others like Eastern Europeans appear in the census in highest numbers than they are actually are (for the reasons previously stated), and anyway those coming from Romania and Bulgaria, over half of them are Gypsies. Russians are the only ones who increase their numbers. And the only South Americans immigrants that are white in significant numbers are Argentinians (many of them appear in the census as "Italians") and Uruguayans, the other American nationalities are mostly non whites. There is also some white Venezuelans.
Also Britian might have a slightly larger white population now because of the Poles and other ''Eastos''.
Romania has at least 10% Gypsies according to unofficial estimates. This has been known for at least a decade. It's probably more now and God knows how many are mixed breeds.
