In the snapshot at archive.is, the account has 22 tweets, 26 followed accounts, and 29 followers. 20 out of 26 of the followed accounts are shown by archive.is, out of which only 2 accounts look like the account of a private person, but both are bots (@ShirleyHoman481 and @MaryTatum747). The bots were created within 19 minutes of each other. They stopped tweeting around the same time, and based on their most recent tweets, they seemed to post only retweets and links to articles. @outsider609 even replied to the other bot once, which can be seen from the snapshot at archive.is. The @outsider609 account also typically made only one tweet per day, and there was usually an interval of three or more days between each tweet, but it kept following the same tweeting schedule for about half a year.
