no 3 times, one time per day, the less you eat the less your brain is intoxified,but i take gingko biloba,macca,tribulus terrestris ,garlic,co-enzyme q10,hda,multivitamins complex,zinc,fenugrec complements aside with half cidre vinaigre glass dry,one glass of pomegranate
rice,basamati or thai with green lens,but i like pastas fast to boiled,i have others things to do in my life than eating ,even here i waste a lot of time
