Interesting how your word for 'our' begins with an 'n', and your word for 'sea' is much like that of the Romance languages.:)

More than that Armenia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Artsakh, The West Bank which has its own administrative system separate from Gaza,South Ossetia,Turkmenistan and arguably Transnistria which has no official status but has been a part of a treaty so that grants some legitimacy.

Yeah I forgot Armenia. Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan are on the Caspian Sea, however. The others aren't really nation-states at all, otherwise we may as well mention the likes of Tibet and Kashmir too.

Freshwater seas don't count though or else a lot in your list would be disqualified too. The places I mentioned have their own administrations and governments, they are functionally their own states. Kashmir is governed by India and Pakistan it's not Autonomous likewise with Tibet which is controlled solely by China in a governmental administrative sense.
