I agree. He's not even that exotic. No one would think he's black influenced if he was from Tirana or Kosovo.

Definitely not 400 families. THat's a ridiculous claim and wouldn't make any remote sense given the total number of families that existed in the city at the time. If it were true the population there today would look Mulatto lol. I have matched on 23andme with people from that city belonging to old families there and they get normal results compared to other Albanians from Montenegro which is consistent with their physical look and the stories that their families can all trace lineage back to the mountainous clans if going back a few centuries.
Even if you were to go by the official statistics of Bar for example and analyze them you can see what the Maestro is talking about which I confirm is true about how in Bar you have Albanians (although he mistakenly thinks they elected to change their surname but this was done by Montengrin Government in 1880)
In Bar official statistics which are not the most trustworthy you see Albanians only at 1% but Roman Catholic at 6% rounded and Islam 11% rounded. Who do you think this 17% is especially with the known history of that city? They are Albanians although the % that can speak it is probably less than half I'd guess like 5-6% there because I have met Albanian speakers from that city before too.
