Constantly worried about my health to the point of utter disgust, along with other worries.

It probably has a lot to do with all the fear that the health & pharmaceutical companies are spreading around about new diseases and the news agencies that are amplifying it and subjecting people to it constantly.

I would say do your medical check ups, but I would not worry about the rest. Constant worrying might actually make you sick even if you didn't have any conditions to begin with. Just take care of your diet, exercise, get enough sleep do your best and stop worrying about everything.

Yeah, stress on its own, as I said, can manifest physically. I am aware of that. unfortunately.

I forgot to add that for some reason ever since that with my grandma happened, I have a feeling of unstableness, without actually being unstable at all, accompanied with a clogged ear sensation. That accompanied with some other things mentioned above have freaked me out.

Focus of your exams. University can be unberable stress and than we actually turn ill or imagine illness. Pretty sure you will feel much better after you pass one or two.

Amen. I'm pretty sure I'll pass every single one however. But the process of actually passing them creates this stress every single time. Fuck studies, honestly.

Just deal with examinations first so that stress is gone, meanwhile plan some changes in life after exams, activities that can take your mind off things, maybe pick up something new that involves other people. You seem stressed by circumstances of life, studies, family situation. Remember it is all part of growing up as an adult and we all go through these phases, so you have help around you if you seek it. Life toughens us up this way for life ahead.

It's been a year since my mother's death and I developed similar symptoms since then. I almost died in last February from an irregular heartbeat and barely survived it by taking my mother's heart medication. I've been mentally unstable and I sleep 12 hours a day, hoping to see her in my dreams. I guess it's normal to have anxiety attacks after the death of someone important to your life.

I understand you well. My biggest fear is to suddenly find out I’m terminally ill.

Ugh I also suffer from hypochondria, it comes and goes. Right now I'm OK, not worried about anything and living a normal life. But when the hypochondria bug bites I get worried sick about having some disease to the point that's all I can think of especially at night. I went to a therapist a few months ago and it helped me a lot with a breathing/mantra technique that's worked so far.
