Too much cardio affect your hormone levels. 2 times per week it is enough. 10-15 mins of HIT cardio training and you are done.
I do swim 3x a week (for an hour) as my cardio exercise. I'm in it for general fitness, not for competition.
You ask questions like a three year old.
I don't understand why anyone would run... it can only mean two things in a natural setting:
1. You're running from a predator because you're stupid
2. You're chasing an animal because you're a shitty hunter
Not only does it lower testosterone, it also raises cortisol which ages you. Nature doesn't favor cardio freaks.
