I'm walking 5 ~ 15 km, 5 days per week.
I am 174cm tall, 70-71 kilograms, and i think i have a mesomorph or ecto-mesomorph build.
i tend to gain and loose weight fairly quick. Its quite weird.
when i went to Aruba i gained 5 kilos because the food there that my aunts make is too good <3 when i arrived back in the netherlands i lost 5 kilos within 3-4 weeks or so. i barely work out too, but when i do i do roughly 50 situps and 100 pushups that day.

^ as you can see i have quite broad shoulders though... probably result of my strong german genes :D
Ill maybe enroll some running too in the workout routine, just started over doing the daily gymnastics with basic stuff like push ups, cardio, a little weight lifting. Probably with 3 kilometres once twice a week, not much more. :D
