Help me with Dolby Atmos tech

Dolby Atmos seems cool to me and I want to take advantage of it cause I am getting some UHD 4k movies with hdr+dolby atmos.

I don't know how to take advantage of Dolby Atmos, the only thing I know is that I stream my movies through xbox one s and I have seen there is an Dolby Atmos app there.

my tv is 4k+hdr but it seems to me that I have to buy a complete home theater suite to use it as an external sound system

How do I connect all that with xboxones ...I am really confused..
