Classify the councillors from Sitges, Catalonia

Quite a varied bunch, don't know how typical councillors are of the general population but many could easily pass in Britain including the north of Britain, especially the woman and the man and the man above him on the bottom left set of pictures.

Interesting look. Most past at Spaniards, but it's still very unique sorta phenotype and many pass elsewhere too.

This isn't completely typival Spaniards look.... I'm surprised. I disagree with the above comment. Not many would pass in Britain. Although few would for sure.
Some are very very dark featured. But in Southern Europe and even among Spaniards, it's expected - but still.
On a side note, I love how you Europeans make so much fun of us Canadians and Americans for being overweight lmao. Literally every guy in the picture is. I was going to say they don't really have sharp features/bone structure and I realised all of them carried a bit of extra weight haha.
