My mother used to make Rose water and wash with it.....
I have drunk it as tea, Sorry but I prefer Camomile tea....
It makes for nice food and tea, but anything further than that seems like a placebo effect (until I see some trials).
it's also a natural antidepressant :)
My hometown (Kazanlak) is the rose capital of the world :D

I like rose lassi at midday, in summer especially.
http://food.krishna.com/recipe/rose-lassiQuote:
This classic recipe to a refreshing drink comes just in time for our cooling summer. Most lassi drinks are either spice flavored or fruit flavored, but this rose flavored version is popular.
Keep in mind that all rosewater is not created equal. For any cooking (or drinks) recipes, it's worth it to buy the good stuff, usually found through high-quality grocers. Poor quality rosewater can be either weak in flavor or have a slightly chemical after-taste.
2 1⁄2 cups plain yogurt
1⁄2 teaspoon fine sugar
2 teaspoons Pure rosewater
3⁄4 cups Ice water
1 cup Ice cube cracked
Fragrant rose petals for garnish
Blend the yogurt, sugar, rose water and iced water in a blender for 2 minutes. Add the ice and process for another 2 minutes. Pour the lassi into tall, refrigerated glasses and garnish with rose petals. Chill out!
I might use artificial sweetener or stevia instead of sugar, and variations include the addition of cardamom or fresh mint.
Mint might sound like an odd combination with rose, but it is particularly cooling and pleasant in summer.
