Mineral water for me. Caffeine is one the biggest killer drugs. Green tea is so good for you so I try to drink at least one cup of it a day. I never drink or eat anything with caffeine drug in it including fizzy acidic drinks which I never touch which are full of harmful junk and acid stored and sold in aluminium cans (aluminium is linked to alzheimers).
Caffeine takes the calcium out of your bones, the minerals and vitamins out of your hair, the water out of your skin (it's a diuretic drug). It damages the skin and makes it dull, damages the teeth (the US has a high amount of people with cavities in their bad teeth from the amount of acidic and high sugar and caffeine loaded drinks consumed there, leading to more fillings, fake teeth and bad breath, whereas the British have some of the best dentistry and teeth in the world proven by world dentistry reports).
Caffeine damages the bones, the hair, the heart and has a range of negative side-effects on the general health. Even decaffeinated coffee has nasty health effects. Withdrawal from caffeine includes tremors and shaking.

The Japanese and Chinese and health experts recommend drinking green tea every day.
It is the secret of long life, smooth skin, slim waist, a powerful anti-oxidant and a superpower drink.

Sometimes I drink Lady Grey tea (a gentler version of Earl Grey) for a treat. Sometimes I drink mint tea or herbal teas with half a teaspoon of natural honey to gently sweeten.
Most of the time I just drink either mineral water or filtered water. I try to drink at 1-2 cups of green tea each day.
My mum considered doing modelling for teeth as she has naturally very good white teeth like my grandmother and no fillings. I've never had a filling either and my Japanese dentist said I have good teeth too I think it's because I don't drink caffeine and sugary drinks.
