When someone says Balkan vlach i usally think of the aromanians and megleno vlach, my roots in Serbia is South Banat from fathers side is from a small villige called Veliko središte "Srediştea Mare"...

Could you post some more pic from. Alba Iulia have some Romanians at work that are from South of that city "Sebeş" just to compare them with the ones on your poctures

I cant say much about Romanians in Romania, only benen in Timis and black sea, but the Romanian in Serbia Banat and timok mostly they are a mix of dinard and somthing else or they are pontid, skin...
