I'm gonna go with Baltid with dark hair, I don't see nothing Alpine about her. She could easily pass in Poland or Lithuania.

She probably has some Uralid influence and doesn't look like typical Western Slav yes. Rather more typical East Slavic but this look not uncommon in the Balkans too.
