It's due to Uralic/Finnic admixture among Balts, you can see the same phenotypes in Finland, Estonia and in NW Russia (among Votes, Karelians, Ingrians etc.)

Estonians being the most Northeastern of all Northeasterners (perhaps due to Latgalian and lack of Saami admixture).

Turkish girls have more Middle Eastern, Central Asian and East European genes, and less Celtic/Germanic ancestry than Italians.

Scandinavians: no (they are not North Germanic, but Baltic Finns)
