You should match your diet with how much you burn. Breakfast is important. Don't skip that. If you have irregular diet your body will think there is foodshortage so it will store all the fat on your belly so that it can burn that excess fat to not die. Your body doesn't know better so the trick is to eat small amounts throughout the day to keep your motor running.

Cut the carbohydrates and eat lots of protein.
Carbos are processed to glykogen which is stored in the liver and taken if the organism needs energy,
if there is no demand it will be converted to fat
Protein on the other hand is the construction material of your organism.
Proteins support strong muscles, healthy bones and optimal immune function. Protein also makes you feel satisfied between meals.
And if you consume too much of it you just shit the excess of it literally out. Thats the main difference to carbs.
Ofc nutrition which contains protein also often has a degree of fat. But do not worry about it, that does not count too much. Also bear in mind that our brain as well as organs need a certain amount of fat to work properly.

In my case I eat a carbo rich breakfast which offers me energy and during the day I cut back the carb intake to a minumum and eat lots of meat, fish, eggs, vegetables and fruits. Esp. in the evening after my daily training I eat three or four boiled eggs or fish as an alternative. Many people rather drink a protein shake. I prefer natural protein rich food.

    To summerize it:

    Okay To Eat:
    Fruits
    Vegetables
    Lean Meats
    Seafood
    Nuts & Seeds
    Healthy Fats

    Avoid:
    Dairy (except pure milk)
    Grains
    Processed food and sugar
    Legumes
    Starches
    Alcohol
Prodigies appear in the oddest of places
