I am neutral, because personally I am an "Ass man" that loves great legs. So I am not constantly staring at a woman's chest.

I don't give a shit about seeing boobs in public, I barely give a second look to a woman breastfeeding in a public place. I am generally very conservative mind-viewed but it surprises the amount of people that get all scandalous for seeing a woman doing what is most natural to her baby, and I have 0 experience with children but I don't think the woman will know exactly when she is gonna have to breastfeed, what if she is in a subway and doesn't have anything to cover at the moment? Is she supposed to let the baby crying to preserve the feelings of a few people around that thinks seeing boobs is a calamity?

If she can cover best, if she can't just do it anyway.

Something which has perturbed me for ages is this.

Ask a woman to show you her boobs, and she refuses. How could you POSSIBLY ask that of her?? Are you a pervert or something?? The police should arrest you for asking her to do this!! This is sexual harassment!!

Same woman has no qualms letting her boobs hang out in public for the world to see her breastfeed.

That's a stupid comparison, they're not even remotely similar. Leaving your tit out to feed your kid isn't the same as some stranger asking to see your tit for sexual gratification. That being said, I usually don't like these public breastfeeding activists because I think most of them care more about the attention they get from it than anything else. Breastfeed your kid in public if you want, but don't purposely draw attention to what you're doing and then complain when someone doesn't like it. The mothers who do it discretely and don't make a show out of it are 100% alright with me.
