    I didn't mention any "Central Asian race", I don't believe in races for that matter. But Kazakhs are seen as "Central Asians" because of geography (although "Eurasia"" is more accurate) and also because they are by ancestry intermediate between East Asians and West Eurasians.

    The point is, "mulatto" is for half SSA-half Euro people traditionally.

    Yep. This is new thing since 1991 when Kazakhstan became independent country.
    In old soviet times we used term such "Kazakhstan AND Central Asia".
