i think i can deal with my shizophrenia the only problem is i cant sleep and function fully mechanically. like i Forget things and need longer to say something or like that but im not afraid of the thoughts anymore

Let me guess. You are not mentally ill nor have you ever experienced mental illness/psychosis. If it weren't for psychotherapy, hospitalizations in difficult periods and anti psychotic medication I and thousands of other people would probably not be alive today. Therefore I find this text offensive. Mental illness is real, and deserves to be treated with the same level of compassion and understanding as other illnesses.

Ever got afraid of hurting someone involuntary? I'm mentally healthy (to some degree), but is a recurring thought on my head. I'm physically very strong and have several weapons at my disposal and I do have sleepwalking history.
