Russia does frequent exercises with Armenia right on Turkish border, while Armenia is illegally occupying Azeri land. I don't think NATO is doing anything out of the ordinary. My feelings say that second cold war will start or better said it has already started.

Nope.
They are still Commies.
Warsaw pact has been replaced by Shangai.
Socialist economy model was changed to State Capitalism; it's more free but there's still that strong state interfering, controlling and having the monopoly.
The phylosophy remains the same. Bureaucracy is still strong.
There's no freedom, democracy, free speech in these countries. They hate the free world.
Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Venezuela, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and some others are still led by the former (same in China) Communist party thugs.
The sign of the restaurant changed but the production is still the same.
Had Russia ever ceased to be Commie, it would have been friend with Westerners (and there would be no more need for Nato).
Russia empowers the yellow (China) man against the Western man.
It even tries to grab the support of Indians, Latinos and Blacks (South Africa, Angola etc..); and unite the rest of the world against the Western alliance.
