Interesting that Lithuanians call it pipele, because in Finnish language the word pippeli is also used. It's kind of childish word and used when children are present. Little boys have pippeli, but men have kulli.
There was actually a recent (saucy) paper that discussed the extensive amount of Baltic 'private parts' loanwords in Finnish. This paper though has received it's share of criticism, rightfully so rightfully so.. But needless to say, a very saucy paper.

There's a small mistake about French bitte, which doesn't refer to anything "that pierces".

In polite French, a bitte is a mooring bollard like this one:

There's a tendency to write bitte with double 't' for a bollard, and bite when for a male organ.

Until 18th century the only name for a cock in Russian language was 'ud' (уд). It was banned by church for some reason and hui was used since then instead.

Also in Russian criminal circles calling someone a cock (as a bird 'петух, петушок') is extremely offensive and may lead to a murder as it's used in prisons to designate those who serve as a substitute to women

exactly the same here. Pipele is a very PC, non-offensive term, we also say Pelelė, Pelytė, Pelė(literally means little Mouse)

When it comes to Adults we say Bybis and Varpa, Pimpalas.
Bybis being the only actually offensive word.
