On average Brazilians are 16.5% black.

I would put Argentinia as Pred. White.

Brazil is triracial 'pardo' with a good size of pure white pop. And in The Northern Brazil you can find Brazileans who are around 35-40% amerindian.

Panama is triracial with a large mestizo pop . it's similar to Colombia but with less white pop.

I would group Ecuador with Peru,Guatemala and Bolivia.

Yes, like you said, there is a significant number of unmixed Europeans, yet, most of your population still falls under the mixed category, Amerindian/European, with a very minor percentage of black.

I almost put Cuba in "black" since Cuba has gotten blacker with the emigration of many wealthy white Cubans following Castro's regime, plus that not many Cubans are actually mulatto. I only put Cuba there since both white and black Cubans together make up the majority.

Whites are still around 35-40% of Cuba's population.

Argentina is a white country just as much as the US or Canada. There are probably more nonwhite people in both the US and Canada than in Argentina or Uruguay.
