Arbitrary estimates of percentages of naturally swarthy people in some Euro and West Asian countries

By 'naturally swarthy', I mean people who are as dark or even darker than these two British MPs, who I already have made some threads about. Furthermore, just to clarify, I'm referring to the native populations, not immigrants and their descendants.

These are just my estimates, based on photos I've seen and people I've met. Any thoughts?

Mostly a good analysis, although swarthy Germans are just as common as swarthy Brits imo, and you missed out the Greek islands.

Maltese are not more swarthy than Sicilians and Cypriots... I would fix the list... also you should not clump Italy and even if you did the percentage should be higher than Iberia as a whole... and why is Portugal SO high?!?!

Cypriots are the swarthiest in Europe if you count them. Sicilians and Maltese are the same people genetically/phenotypically, so they'd go hand in hand; Maltese originally came from Sicily after all, mostly from the south.

I recognise that Italy has regional variation, from Veneto to Sicily, so I took this into account when saying the country AS A WHOLE. I didn't specify Sicily anyway as it is not a sovereign state. As for the Cypriots, I said Europe and West Asia anyway in the OP, so you can take them either way.
