    It's not a nation but what would you say for Sicily and Calabria as separate? Malta is awfully high is why I ask, and they should be close.

    Probably all of southern Italy, and Sicily are about 75%.

    So the same as with Malta then. If 40% takes all of Italy into account, what would you give for just the north?

    Because northern Italians are lighter than Greeks and balance it out. I'd say as a whole Italy is lighter than Greece, but the southernmost regions are darker than it.
