I'd say though that continental Greece is on par with central Italy, while the islands are on par with Calabria and Sicily although probably slightly lighter.

Maltese are not more swarthy than Sicilians and Cypriots... I would fix the list... also you should not clump Italy and even if you did the percentage should be higher than Iberia as a whole... and why is Portugal SO high?!?!

Yeah, Portugal is way off. Portugal and Spain I think should be ~ 20-25%. No way Greece and Portugal are the same.

Your percentages sound accurate to me except for the UK, I think it's around 10-15% for them.
