This is a cool and smart move.

Make the dumb Muslim immigrants revolt, break windows and emit garage fatwas so that the Islamic danger can once be brought forth to the public agenda.
It will of course not change any migration pattern, nor socioeconomic reality in Sweden, but it'll do what it's expected of it.
