I see this a carbon copy of another thread started a few months earlier under the name "Who is more European, Greek Cypriots or Canary Islanders?" started by the same person that started this one.
Now this one is called "Who is "whiter" Canary Islanders or Cypriots?" Don't know why we need two of the same threads, but maybe he has a reason that I'm not aware of.
With that said, I'll give you my answer.
This one doesn't single out Greek Cypriots from Turkish ones so now that is another element to consider.
Now when you say "white" what do you mean? European? White colored skin? Just what do you mean?
If you are using white in the way it's used in the United States to mean European, then the answer is Canary Islanders are more white, as they are more European. If you are using "white" for skin color, well, that would just be ridiculous as light and dark complexions exist in both and there is no accurate count of who is lighter in color to who is darker in color in either islands by any government or private agency or company.
So I assume you are meaning European....well Canarians are more European, so I think it's safe to say (by your assumed racial definition) that Canarians are "whiter".
According to Dodecad Ancestry Project that has calculated DNA data from countless individuals from both island regions, Greek Cypriots (the majority) on average possess 75% non-European DNA. They are basically on average, Caucasus/Levantine people with European admixture. Canarians on the other hand, are just the opposite, we are on average a European people with North African admixture.
So again, I'd stress that Canarians are "whiter" or "more European" on average than Cypriots. I don't understand why it takes two threads to make this apparent.
Now with that said and the proof offered, let's see how many more people vote for Cypriots. That would be of course, a totally biased vote and not based on the credible evidence I have provided.
Any person with intelligence should understand the Dodecad Ancestry Project's results should compel them to vote Canarians are "whiter".
Once again, thanks for reading

Spaniards colonised the canary islands in 1483.
Greeks first colonised Cyprus 3 thousand years ago.
What are we even comparing here?
Being Greek is an experienced grounded into nation, not consumption.
