ok let me tell you how it is

i am 5'9 (well about 5'10 - 177cm morning and 5'9 - 175cm night) and it is a decent/okay Height and nothing to worry about especially if you look taller than you are like me for example (most people guess me 5'11 - 180cm) and it has a lot of advantages ....it is also represented as shorter than it is (especially in the internet). In real life it feels very average and solid...... but it is definitely not in the ideal range

6'2 is a better height and most people would take 6'2 and average body over 5'9 and well built if they could choose because you can just train and get a good physique at 6'2

if you mean 5'9 and super body or 6'2 and average without the chance of improving then 6'2 is still better

i wouldnt want to be 6'2 though but if i could have chosen my height then i would have taken about 183cm - 6'0

Being 5'10-5'11 myself , i'd definitely choose 6'2 average , but only with ability to grow more lean body mass.
While it's easier to maintain good body shape at 5'9 , it also limits you in terms of how much lean body mass , you can grow. Without looking freaky or dysfunctional.

I'm 6'2" with an avg body myself and I wouldn't change with a great body. I love the feeling of beeing taller than most of the people.

6'2"/average body. I'd be growing 3 inches and maybe gaining some weight since I'd have an "average" body.
