Actually, you are North Korean baddie Colonel Moon, genetically transfigured into the arrogant British adventurer who literally never sleeps. And it delights you to no end that Bond has no clue. Enjoy yourself, but watch that parachute...

Attempted methods of killing Bond: He used a large metal suit, equipped with electro-shock weapons and attempted shooting at Bond.

How he is dispatched: He was sucked into an airplane engine.

Evil scheme: To use his electro-shock suit to control a giant mirrored satillite in space as a laser weapon (he uses it to explode the land-mines planted in the DMZ separating North and South Korea, laying the way for an armed invasion).

How plans were foiled: While on a plane, attempting to carry out his evil scheme, he is met with Bond. He shoots his father, and also shoots a window on the plane (bad aim) forcing all of the passengers, with the exception of Bond and himself, to be sucked out of the plane. Bond eventually uses Graves' own electro-shock suit to force him out of the plane, at which point he and his suit were chopped up inside of the jet engine's blades.
