Which skin tones are considered within the native White European range and which are not?

True. In every ethnicity and nationality, men tend to be darker-complexioned on average than women anyway. Therefore, the darkest examples tend to be mostly men wherever you go.

It's called a tan... Unexposed body parts will be much lighter.

But in my city there are quite a few Spaniards and Italians; many of them are noticeably darker in skin as well as merely hair and eyes than the local population.
