I love how Sean Connery never even tries to do accents. He can be Russian submarine commander or Spanish-Egyptian immortal - always the same Scottish accent. Tho to be fair I think from world's most popular and well regarded actors hardly very few ever try do accents, but in Sean's case it is more noticeable as his own speech has more personality compared to most typical American soundscape.
