I'd argue that Slavs have retained their cultures better and resisted cultural relativism and multiculturalism the most.

multiculturalism is natural, although its true that many slavic groups have become quite xenophobic in recent history and some even acquired genocidal tendencies. it may be a result of several generations living in a monocultural environment.

Look at how many words related to culture exist in Germanic and Slavic languages that come from Latin, French, Italian...
Now look at how many words related to culture exist in the Romance languages that come from Germanic or Slavic. Almost none.

If we were talking about the last couple of centuries, though, the UK-GERMANY-US trio as well as the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union could probably have a lot to argue in their favour tho...

The British Empire had more to do with military and technology than Culture. I would say culturally Romance wins but militarily Germanics win.

Lol. How about we remove Spain from that trio and add Greece (even though they're not Romance). I honestly can't think of a single way that Spain has influenced my life culturally, but I can think of countless ways, right off the top of me head, that Italy, France, and Greece have influenced my life culturally. And for that matter, Spain seems to fail when it comes to technological innovations as well. I can name only a few major contributions by Spain. For such a large country it's quite underwhelming.
Over all I'd say that Spain fails spectacularly when it comes to anything other than conquering natives 2000 years behind them in technology.
Oh yeah, and if Scotland is so "miserable" as you say, why don't you go back to your beloved home country? Not worth the risk of unemployment?
