WHY DOES EVERY THREAD ON TRANSPEOPLE ONLY FOCUS OF TRANSWOMEN AND WHY DOES IT WITHOUT FAIL ALWAYS LEAD INTO THE DISCUSSION OF SEX?!!!

There are persons out there who really do psychologically feel unable to adapt to their biological sex - as in those who truly experience prolonged mental suffering in feeling "trapped" in a body they don't identify with. I think they should have the right to undergo such operations.
