I do, actually. But I also find populations that typically have dark eyes more attractive then those that don't, and in the end it's all about the person the eyes are attached to.

Light eyes are better looking, in my opinion. Faces that have dark eyes are often lacking some colour, blue/green eyes give some variation to the brown/creamy palette of human body. Red hair can also do the same, although I think light eyes work best with dark hair, it causes a nice contrast.
