I guess if atheism and Judaism aren't options, then, I'd like to be Anglican, but in reality my views would better reflect Unitarianism. Or to throw a curveball in there, Vodoun, why not.

For ethnicity, obviously being English would be the smartest and most obvious choice considering, but I wouldn't mind being one of many peoples. Maybe from a small, ancient town somewhere in Tuscany.

You say you're a civic nationalist, but would you really be okay with a bunch of Negroes, Arabs, Pakis, etc becoming the majority population in Britain? Even if they claimed they wanted to preserve British values, isn't it obvious they don't have the intelligence or spirit for it? Also that they couldn't appreciate the country's real national heroes, especially ones with views they might consider "racist."

Longbowman already stated a long ass time ago that he only wants immigrants who are willing to integrate and assimilate to the British culture and identity.

Yes.

But, mass migration doesn't lend itself to rapid assimilation, so it's unlikely a wave of 35 million Pakistanis, Poles, or Peruvians would become British so quickly, even if they didn't collapse the infrastructure immediately. It's such a hypothetical. I'm wary of immigration for other reasons, but not 'an inherent or genetic lack of ability to absorb British values and develop a sense of patriotism.'

No. I work with a lot of black people, they're very intelligent individuals. Obviously I work with intelligent people as a whole. Perhaps the percentage of black people who are intelligent might be lower than for white people, but even if true, I don't think it's strictly relevant, and either way, they produce a large quantity of very clever people. Not everyone needs to be academically gifted, anyway.

Naturally, from where I stand, you can appreciate, the idea of someone complaining about another race's lack of intelligence is a bit bemusing.

This is more of an issue for 'young, left-wing people' than anything else. I don't perceive it as an ethnic issue at all. Whites are the loudest whingers. And Jews, of course, although not so in the UK for demographic reasons.
