Do Jews like to celebrate Christmas? Is it really true that they order Chinese food on Christmas Eve?

Some Jews do Christmas-type stuff. Jews eat Chinese food because Chinese places are open on Christmas and neither Jews nor Chinese people have anything better to do. But only some Jews do it, it's not like a ritual.

I went to a party the weekend after but I was too tired to enjoy it.

I can understand some of it. It's not really anything I've ever studied much. Of course if you speak Spanish you have a decent grasp of 80% of Portuguese but Spanish is my second language.
