What do Brits view Yanks as? Which area f the country do you Brits generally like in the US? From my observation they like the east coast as it isn't as crazy as out west to them.

We generally consider the West Coast and the Northeast and Great Lakes regions to be normal, the Midwest to be just cowboys and stuff, the Deep South to be full of inbred racist, Florida to be full of beach bunnies and Cubans, and Alaska to be full of igloos.

We generally consider the West Coast and the Northeast and Great Lakes regions to be normal, the Midwest to be just cowboys and stuff, the Deep South to be full of inbred racist, Florida to be full of beach bunnies and Cubans, and Alaska to be full of igloos.

The Southerners are not as inbred that's mostly people here who mock the Appalachians who believe it or not are not necessarily racist they just are distrustful of outsiders, y e fucking crazy here though and parts of the South are just like out west. Blacks over all are not well liked anywhere especially now. In northern New England, very WASP parts they do not like blacks. They wont outright use racial slurs that are typical of the south or out west, but if we see blacks on our streets we call police hhahaha. But over all I noticed more and more British people and afew Australian people who like New England a lot. I can remember British and Irish teachers in grammar school and even in college so I would say many here. Not to mention all of the cities here are named after cities in England, Wales etc.... Mostly England. The reason is mostly like because many of the original colonials to New England came from the places of the same names back in England, take my city Worcester is named after the same city in the UK. I noticed though in rural New York a lot of places were named after various other Colonials who were non British colonists.
