Actually this is a good question. IRL there's probably a workaround with surgery and medication, sex toys, digits, oral sex, etc, so that's the obvious answer.

However if for some reason that was not enough then, still no.

Does 'house friend' imply the person actually lives with us? If so, I'm killing all three of us, not just me.
