We should cooperate with everyone we can trust as long as it's in our mutual interests, in the short term, and I'm not just saying that as a Mossad agent. But, we should always be wary against untested allies.

It doesn't matter what you eat so long as you are essentially constantly ingesting protein. The ideal would probably be to eat 35-40g of protein every 2 1/4 hours. Personally I have about that much protein 4-5 times a day, normally in the form of lean meat and once per day in the form of whey powder, but it varies.
