East Europe more uncivilized than Southeast Asians and Central Africans in 600 B.C

This map shows 3 stage civilized cultures.

1st rank = Colored in purple. All the areas colored in purple are areas where there is high set of law, rules, advance culture, super military and organized army, selling items, creating products, industry.

2nd rank = Colored in yellow. All the areas colored in yellow are areas where there is farming, gathering communities, agriculture, raising animals, horses, sheeps, building houses, including leadership and advance culture.

3rd rank = Colored in white. All the areas colored in white are uncivilized, nomadic hunter gatherers with no set of rules, and no leadership governing them. They commit all crimes without punishment. They hunt for food like animals and kill each other basically, it's basically just mindless barbarians


Eastern part of Europe like Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Mordolva, Estonia, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Latvia ALL UNCIVILIZED. Although Persians and Amerindian civilization were all very highly advance even more than some nations colored in purple but this map they were still uncivilized in some ways, taking heads and hearts for sacrifices and did many messed up things and were scary too.

Having writing system doesn't make them civilized. You have include law and order to be civilized, they may have been engaged in many tribal wars and did many things without anyone controlling or governing them.

Clearly these nordics were not superior and were uncivilized from the beginning. East Europe and north Europe have the highest frequencies of blue eyes and blonde hair but if they claim to be such a advance people why the hell were they so uncivilized?
