There is nothing in the bible to support that statement, it's false. Makes literally no sense at all, what would explain the ghost sightings of Abraham Lincoln (who can be considered a Christian).

Time slipping perhaps in one or two instances but mostly residual negative or positive energy left behind by Lincoln.

I forgot to mention residual impressions. You sound angry right now. Perhaps you left a residual impression where you're sitting. Years from now someone might see your "ghost" typing on a computer for a quick moment or hear ghostly typing.

When I was 5 I saw a living head nestled on top of my airconditioner unit...it was a head of a sickly bald man with dark gums and he stared at me hard. I was not dreaming or hallucinating...I hid under my sheets frozen from terror the whole night knowing that apparition was watching me. I also recall on more than one occasion, of being harassed in bed while I slept (felt like a force tugging on my bedsheets and ominous pokes on my back) It stopped when I was 6 but some of it still is vivid.

If you're a ghost, you're dead. Obviously holy water wouldn't effect you in the way I described if you're living. It only effects the dead.

Everyone knows vampires are extinct. I don't know why you brought them up. I suspect you think because I'm a woman I'm ignorant of the Underworld.
