I picked non pale... and I know it might sound crazy, as I am one of the people who insists they are not as dark as portrayed...
Here is my reason: Technically they are darker ON AVERAGE than say, the majority of france. However, the overlap is huge. I also do not think they fall into the same boat as the REALLY white people usually. There are a good many super white Iberians but due to their geographical location, it actually makes sense that they are what can be considered "medium skin toned" individuals. I'd say they line up with CENTRAL Italy as far as pigment goes. Compare them to groups of Tuscans. Not a lot of pigmentation difference on average.
You need to add another option called "medium" really. At the end of the day, though, they are darker than northern Europeans on average. Not woggy though. Also, not as dark as the true darkies (Sicilians, Maltese, Greek Islanders, a few Balkan countries, etc).
I think people in the northern parts of the balkans, southern france, and iberia, all match up as far as pigmentation goes.
Let's face it, the british islanders that look iberian are on the darker side, even for the welsh. They are not THAT uncommon though. Many welsh and irish people are medium skin toned.
