Well tetovo gostivar and debar and many other albanian dominated municipalities are getting bigger. But there are also small municipalities with albanian minority that will get bigger.
Anyway the municipalities play a small role, since the majority of those that I included in the first page are rather small municipalities. The region as a whole will have Albanian majority.
