Eh IMO tattoos are a masculine thing and I'm generally not a fan of women with excessive amounts of tattoos. Guess that makes me a hypocrite to an extent.

I still do not fully understand the meaning of PERMANENT tattoos. After a year, for example, your attitude to the tattoo will change, the fashion will change, it will cease to be relevant for you, and you will go to remove it. Then you will make a new tattoo, and the cycle will repeat.
It seems to me that permanent tattoos only make sense in the form of army tattoos among men.
My wife and I have no tattoos. My brother and parents too.

Thats why cultural tattoos are awesome. For example if you observe cultural tattoos of the Maori and other Polyniesian peoples their tattoos link to their tribe and/or the nature of the area that they're from (animals and/or plants).
I've had some interesting convos with my tattoo guy (who's Filipino) and his tattoos are based from the land where his ancestors are from.

Supposedly heavily tattooed women (with sleeves and stuff) are more promiscuous studies say.
I like tattooed people, but a part of me thinks they are trying too hard to be cool and it might stem from insecurity. Trying to not be judgmental though.
