My daughter has traditional clothing that we received as gifts. The patterns used on Romania blouses have been adopted into some mainstream fashion. These patterns might also be common in neighboring European countries as well for all I know.

Yeah, I'm assume the blouse is pretty inexpensive and but the ones celebrities wear in those pics might be more expensive. Other people here would know more than me.

My own folk costume was opposite pretty expensive (as a whole ... handmade in Sweden) ... but still worth of every penny. I carry it with high pride & respect.

I know Weirdlookingfellow has some very nice hand-made folk costumes from his grandparents. To buy a complete hand-made costume can be pretty expensive.

My own folk costume was opposite pretty expensive (as a whole ... handmade in Sweden) ... but still worth of every penny. I carry it with high pride & respect.

I think the hand made version of the Romanian traditional clothing would be expensive but I bet there is a cheap Chinese made version of the Romanian blouse pattern that is sold online and that is what most people would buy.
