    The Opincas seem to be a Paleo-Balkan footwear, Albanians wear them also and we call them Opinga.

    ^Yeah I wonder what the origin of those shoes is. While the word itself may be Slavic, it probably has a deeper root in the region.



    And here are the Vlachs of Serbia who came from Banat and southeastern Romania, I think.
