Why are most of the dumbest forum members Bosnian or Albanian?

Do you think there's a particular reason for it, or is it just the nature of things?

Please mind the difference between "Albanians and Bosnians are the dumbest" and "The dumbest are Albanian and Bosnian" (Dado, Hrulj, Arianti etc...).

In my history of ~5 years on anthroboards, I strongly believe that the current generation of Albosnian retards is the new low, even most of the negros on the ABF were smarter and more fun than this.

They don't seem dumb to me. Hrulj is a little annoying due to muslimness, but unlike RoryAdaddy he is obviously a "real" person and not just someone here to talk about muslim nonsense.

One theory that comes to mind is that Serbs had used some sort of neurotoxin and/or mutagen during their respective wars, and this is now causing younger generations to grow up retarded.
