It probably does

- but usernames can be anything at all really. At first glance it also looks like it should be pronounced totally differently to how you intended, by the way, which is another reason it breaks English rules.

Spelt as one word, it looks like it should be pronounced something like Whitt-er-oo-theen-eean (sorry I'm not familiar enough with IPA to give it to you in that).

Sorry, but no. I have kept this username since I registered on Stirpes almost four years ago and never changed it.

But you can pronounce it as [,wıtəru:'θi:nıən], I don't mind.

WR, I was in Belarus last summer it's a beautiful country. I went to Minsk, Gomel and Brest. Minsk and Brest were two most impressive cities in Belarus. I had the opportunity to see Mir Castle, it was very impressive and unique.

Regarding how Russia spell Belarus is certainly up to debate. However most of the time various languages have different way of saying names of various countries. For instance in the Bulgarian language Bulgaria is spelled Balgarija (or Balgariya) but in Serbian it's spelled Bugarska. I don't really see a big difference between Belarus and Belorussia. Both names mean essentially the same thing.
