She has very high cheekbones, because of the northeast asian admixture which is found among ethnic turks.

I think you can get high cheekbones or simply broad cheekbones due to NE Asian admixture, for example I don't have high cheekbones but I have got round and broad face. Very similar structure to number 3 and 4

yeah, the first girl could pass surely but, this is because India has diverse phenotypes ranging from Iranid to Indo-melanid but, she doesn't show any Indid however but, wouldn't look very out of place in India.
